In The Timeline Series I am going through every single step of the Horizon Europe proposal preparation phase. I present the different elements to be aware of in each step towards submission and give tips, tricks and advice that will help you approach the proposal preparation process. Further, I share what I consider to be the toughest challenge in each step and I share how I deal with the different challenges and blockages on the way. The Timeline Series is a generic podcast series that addresses the methodology and processes of proposal preparation. In the beginning focus will be on Horizon Europe Pillar II proposals, but can be useful also for other Horizon Europe proposal preparations. Later I will widen the scope to other funding schemes
