#129 The coordinator role - The Implementation Series (4)

Coordinating a funded EU project is quite a task to pick up. Everybody who has done knows the truth of that statement. The complexity and the many layers of the responsibilities are exhaustive and on top of that you also need to have an impressive stamina as a people person dealing with the positive and challenging elements of human interactions…conflicts, that is.

In other words, it is time for another episode in the Implementation Series and to have a look at the coordinator role. For that I have invited the experienced Andrea Motola, Consultant at Enspire Science, into the virtual podcast studio to share with us approaches, views, reflections, tips and tricks to handle the coordination of a funded project.

This episode is for both new to-be coordinators and experienced coordinators.
