I run through who is normally coordinating Horizon Europe proposals. Then I elaborate on the key elements on being a coordinator including the key responsabilities. If you dont have a coordinator I then share with you the approach related to choosing a coordinator among the consortium partners and finally, if no one wants to pick it up, I give tips and advices on how to identify and find a coordinator.
