I have reached the budget in my Timeline Series which is one of the last things to finish in the proposal process. To fill in the budget template you need to be aware of the terminologies, the different budget categories and the partner categories.

This I have actually done myself a couple of times, but to make sure that I get the explanations right, I have invited Horizon Europe budget specialist Jelena Kajganovic from Europa Media into the virtual podcast studio to take us all through the budget template, how to fill it in and what to be aware of.

It can be rather confusing especially the first couple of times you have to do it, so we tried to make it rather pedagogical running through the essentials.
